CopyPro copies all product information including title, description, price, variants (size, color, materials), images, tags, and product options. Everything is preserved exactly as it appears in the source store.

Scheduled tasks allow you to automatically scan source URLs on a regular basis and import any new products that have been added. This is perfect for dropshippers who want to automatically keep their store updated with new products from suppliers.

Yes, CopyPro offers a free plan that allows you to import 200 products per month, 1 scheduled task, and sync to 3 stores. Paid plans are available for higher volume usage with additional features like unlimited scheduled tasks.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to import and sell any products you copy using CopyPro. You should only import products that you own or have permission to copy from the original owner.

Common issues & fixes

Can't connect my store

Ensure you are logged into your Shopify admin and that you have installed the app correctly. If the connection fails, try removing the app from your store and reinstalling it. Also check that your store is not password protected.

Some products failed to import

Check that the source URL is still accessible. Some stores may block automated access. You can retry the import for failed products individually. If you're importing a large number of products, try splitting into smaller batches.

Product images are not copying

The original store may have hotlink protection enabled that prevents copying images. In some cases, you may need to manually upload images for these products. Try importing individual products instead of collections.

Scheduled task didn't run

Check that your subscription is active and you haven't exceeded your monthly product limit. Scheduled tasks run automatically based on your configured frequency. Tasks can have up to 15 minutes of delay from their scheduled time.
