By installing, accessing, or using the SaveMyChat Chrome extension (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.
SaveMyChat is a Chrome extension that allows users to export and backup WhatsApp conversations, photos, videos, and other media files. The Extension operates locally on your device and does not transmit any data to external servers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Extension. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the Extension, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Extension, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by SaveMyChat and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Extension, except as provided in these Terms.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SaveMyChat does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall SaveMyChat, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of SaveMyChat for all claims relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount of one dollar ($1.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveMyChat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Extension.
SaveMyChat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Extension after any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of the Extension, you may simply uninstall it from your Chrome browser.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaveMyChat regarding your use of the Extension and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
