By installing, accessing, or using the CopyPro Shopify application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
CopyPro is operated by dser.io.
CopyPro is a Shopify application that allows users to bulk import products from URLs, collection links, or entire stores to their Shopify store. The App supports batch operations, multi-store synchronization, and scheduled automatic imports.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must also have the authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are using the App.

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to import and use any products that you copy using CopyPro. We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from your use of the App to import products.
CopyPro offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as indicated on the Shopify App Store. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to you. Your continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.
All payments are processed by Shopify. We do not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's policy and our refund policy as stated on the App Store listing. We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by dser.io and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as necessary for your normal use of the App as intended.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the App at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We strive to provide high availability for our service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times without interruption.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
dser.io does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall dser.io, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of dser.io for all claims relating to the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for use of the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dser.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the App; (c) your importation of products that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
dser.io reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via the App or email prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dser.io regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
